Removing In-Game Effects

Method 1: (Recommended)

Step 1: Go to the 'Program Files' directory in C:\ and find the Conquer 2.0 game directory.
Step 2: Right click the directory and select copy.
Step 3: Right click in Program files on any clear space (Make sure you didn't right click on another directory.) and select paste.
Step 4: After the copying is done, rename your 'Copy of Conquer 2.0' folder to 'Conquer 2.0 TG' (This will be your copy of conquer for Training Grounds).
Step 5: Double click the 'Conquer 2.0 TG' directory that you just renamed.
Step 6: Find the 'ini' directory and double click it.
Step 7: Click once on 3DEffect.ini and copy it incase you want to revert back to having effects.
Step 8: Open 3DEffect.ini and clear the whole text file and save.

Make a shortcut of Conquer 2.0 TG on your desktop. Now that client has no effects!

Step 3: Click once on 3DEffect.ini and copy it incase you want to revert back to having effects.
Step 4: Open 3DEffect.ini and clear the whole text file and save.

What can you use this for?
TGing for a longer time because too many effects won't cause you to disconnect anymore.
Crowded places with alot of magic and arrows flying around (HawKings, for example)

This is great, to bad it doesnt get rid of arrows though.

Take a look at the files that come with my effects removal tool.
3DSimpleObj1.ini has the arrows removed.
