hmmm... i like the teal blue colour, should make all the windows that colour imo. I know its not finished yet, but to be honost, the green and orange dosent suit it =S. i would just make the whole skin that blue, and maybe add a bit of white? but its your skin, and it looks okay atm, hope you finish it soon ^^
oh btw, make the edges of the windows smooth and round, it'll be sexyy.

Smooth as in... curved edges... lol. and yes, keep to one theme and maximum of like 2-3 different colours, or else it'll look messed up. keep working on it, you'll get there. ^^

oh and try to use colours that are close to each other in the colour wheel, eg. white, light blue, teal blue.
