If you got a VPS and want to connect it.

Do you not know any thing? It's a shortcut to mstst.exe.

And i find this hard to believe that it's related to conquer in what way is it.

(1) No where in the title or first post does this thread mention CO2 PServer development, (2) this isn't a "how to use your VPS" forum (you should look at your VPS's website for better and more detailed guides written by people who are more intelligent and more literate), and (3) everyone knows that the command line is better.
