In NPCDialog.cs go to Market High Upgrade or whatever you called it in your source and below

if (GC.MyChar.Level >= NewLevel)

add this

if (NewLevel != 0 && NewLevel <= 130 && PrevLevel < 135)

or simply go there

same problem happened to me the source become uneditable maybe u added new .cs file that may cause this problem

You don't decrypt it, but you can clear it.

What exactly are you doing,pressing f5 and f6? or whats going on?
