I have 2 errors i keep getting i been trying to fix it for awile

I'm going to be honest with you, I've been working on that all day and have no found one fix to it.
If anyone has a solution to this please post here.

What do you mean they give alot of exp?
They are supposed to give a lot of exp aren't they?
