For everyone receiving the error message "The type initializer for 'OpenSSL.Native' threw an exception.", This error is due to OpenSSL's lack of x64bit support. There are a few solutions for this public which i would recommend googling 64bit support for openssl, It's not a bug in the server its completely a bug with TQ's choice of encryption.

I need a good guide to add lotto, the other 1 or 2 I found didn't work. If you havs some other npcs to add post em up!(unless ur not allowed idk) It's the best way for me to learn. If i keep copying and pasting I might pick up on something lmao xD

LOFT has been around ALLOT longer, people are more familar with it. And CoEmuv2 is extremely messy, Those beginners can't really interpret allot of it.
