First, HTML, PHP, and CSS aren't coding languages.
HTML is just hypertext, you don't compile binaries, same with CSS (almost, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't know any CSS.)
PHP is a scripting language that the webserver handles, you don't compile binaries with that either.(Unless there is a way to compile it)

Second, the number of languages you know doesn't matter if you suck at all of them. A good C# coder could write a better program than a ****** coder who codes in c delphi java c++ or any(or all) language(s).
