I use Sql Management Studio by Microsoft. It's pretty swell.
I use navicat as well though. It's easier to view data.

You know Navicat is not even required for a source, right?
Such as guides which first steps looks like, "Download/Install AppServ".

I find Microsoft Sql Server SO MUCH EASIER to use than Navicat. It's also more professional. Navicat is so.... unprofessional IMO.

I don't even use MySql anyways, I like Mssql, so kinda the reason, but Navicat have made it for Mssql as well, but it's useless when it's not even free, when Sql Management Studio already have an express version (Which is free).

I don't see how the source download helps much tho.
