What he means is that it is downloaded and you run TheCOServer.exe - it acts like it tries to load but no GUI comes up for it.

I also am encountering this problem.

Also, if you open Task Manager > Processes, when running TheCOServer.exe you see the process attempt to start, then disappear.

I created an acc in the website,i clicked on listen to my Ip on TheCoServer and created the Gm Acc,i wrote my Ip adress on the Server.Dat than i tried to log ,theres no servers there and then says Failed to open server.dat,please reinstall

when i try to open Accountcreator.Exe it say i dont have permission to open it i cant even open it with administrator. what could be the problem

Your talking about the 5017 client, the source itself doesn't use a green leaf as an exe.

Desacitivate You're AntiVir And you're Fire Wall First
