[Help] Removing effects...

Ok lately i reinstalled conquer and i decided to clean all the laggy effects on my screen. I went to 3deffect.ini and deleted everything, then i logged in to check it but i still had all the stupid effects. :mad: I decided to go to the effect folder and deleted all files, but for my surprise i still see all that crap.
Does anyone know whats going on and how can i edit my effects?
Hope that someone can give me a hand here. Thks in advance.

i need to remove bless that shows up on everyones head when they come onto my screen its really annoying and laggy and fuck i would appriciate if someone could tell me the proper way to get rid of it... i saw a video on here a month ago about how to get rid of it i cant seem to find it agian could someone either give me that link or tell me how to do it...

i saw it and they call it a wallhack. Which disable remove those trees and stone and wall..
so if u bot u dont have to bother about the stone blocking ur path.
