removing bless help me

i need to remove bless that shows up on everyones head when they come onto my screen its really annoying and laggy and **** i would appriciate if someone could tell me the proper way to get rid of it... i saw a video on here a month ago about how to get rid of it i cant seem to find it agian could someone either give me that link or tell me how to do it...

Thought they chanegd the bless efect in the little purple sparklings when someone with bless comes in screen?

Or have they changed this back?

anyways, just open the bless dds file and make it totally black, it should be invisible now
