I dont know where you got the idea that Binary Advertising is "Illegal", it isnt, check the rules, theres no mention of it. A few years ago we argued that it shouldnt be allowed, but to my knowledge it fell on its feet.

A while back before you/huseby/mio were moderators it was against the ruelsm possibly that's why its causing the confusion now.
