Got nothing to do with race or nationality though. You're a great example of how it doesn't. Just so happens that this one guy is a problem. Doesn't mean all Egyptians or all Brazilians are a problem. There's a lot of bad information in circulation, which is why I'm always fast to address it in one way or another.

Actually Brazil is worse on the programming community. That's why I am not in any brazilian board.

Well, if you want a community to do better, then you have to point them towards better resources and provide them with better guidance. Honestly though, that community is probably bad because it's a leaching community and not a hobbyist programming community. 4Botters had the same problem, and we created a club inside it for people interested in programming, and it did pretty well... before the admin banned me and then shut the board down. But yeah, probably not worth if that Brazilian board isn't interested.

I don't know why some Some think the server is bad ,So far none of them have tried server Please Try the server then say your opinion but you say bad and some of them say server for donate only did not try it
