I got my Super and Elite gear automaticly in my inventory when I killed the Lab Bosses and those items weren't +ed. By the way I also found some Super Earrings on the ground at normal Mobs. Looks like if you kill Boss Monsters from Lab the dropped items get automaticly into your inventory if you have VIP.

+ I've got 053 ping. Doesn't seem too 'laggy' for me.
