New to the coding some help would be nice!!!

i want to make a co2 pserver but wanna just play with it an tinker with it! just someone that would wanna just chill an chit chat and help me out it would be great! might become awesome and rich one day

Best advice I can give is learn C++ and remember a loop is a loop in any language.

Do you actually want to develop one, or just to set one up? There's a huge difference; the first requires you learning how to code. Don't confuse the two.
