I have coded a directory of skill trainers for runescape using scar and a few auto seller, auto healer, auto skill levellers for CO and the rest is non game scripts...
LOL'd. By far the best post in this thread, and while System's diagram is correct; I don't think you understand what a proxy is if you don't understand why a "memory proxy", isn't a proxy.
I like to have fun with MS-paint too.
And oops! There should be a red dot from the middle-square to the right-hand square in the bottom-most diagram. Tehehe.

nice picture. For those who never attempted building their proxy will not even get close to that picture, lol. That picture can be split into 2 phases, connection phase and actual game play phase. The prior is slightly tougher than latter (slightly ... )
Pinging a server to make people DC? I know TQ's servers are ****, but come on, they aren't exactly hosted in Afghanistan.
If they don't add any protection (aka why it's fixed now) you can do some pathetic things with packet spamming...
It wouldn't be the server that crashes but if it is forwarding all packets it can crash or dc the client receiving them on the other end.
Hell... I remember doing a simple macro for both msn and xfire years ago that would lag out someones computer on the other end cause it would freak out trying to handle all the incoming msg's and lag them out of w/e game they were in (depended on computer of course)

Needs a laptop for 100$ in Toys R' Us. Joke.
Well I don't know how effective it was, but it sounds awesome
I can't really decide on the coolest one (I like all my creations xD) so.. i'd have to say the one I worked hardest on would be my own little messenger thing over lan for my family. It had my own little packet encryption etc.
(Done in Visual Basic)
I also made my own internet browser which was fun
(VB and C#)

I bet you worked even harder on finding this thread between all the other dead ones.
[Question]Best thing you have ever coded (for CO ofcourse)? 04/09/2010 - CO2 Programming - 32 Replies So what have you guys coded? And what do you think is the best thing you did?
Please don't lie about what you coded to look more experienced, because it doesn't really prove that.
The best thing I've ever coded is my source, how ever it's not complete and I didn't spent time getting the packet structures, just got them from other sources and that stuff.
