2. You need a C++ source code to inject your IP into Conquer.exe and then you could login !

There is no need or point to modify the exec to read un-encrypted server.dats; it would be easier for you to modify inet_addr or just modify the ws2_32.connect() method.
Both, are fairly simple to do.
