sql file is for 5.6

I'm using an sql that is for sqlserver 5.6, however I want it to work with sqlserver 8.0, if I try to upload it to the 8.0 it throws errors as I expected it would so how do I convert it for 8.0?

I'm getting "Incorrect format parameter" So apparently that error is to do with php settings which is something my webhost has access to but not me lol, iirc it did upload to an 8.0 server but things were messed up
