Due to my I Dont Want To See Guard's Health thread, got quite few request because high6's DatCryptor does not exists in his thread anymore
anyhow, here is an alternative version of it.
it is a wrapper of flowerpot's monster.exe command line tool
Functions:
1. Convert Monster.dat to a readable/editable text format
2. Convert Monster.txt back to Monster.dat
