About 3DTexture.dbc

Well guys.
I rolled the whole forum behind it. I found several programs and people talking about it. But not getting the solution.

All DBCConverters have problem when converting a file .txt / .ini to .dbc file again... There are all the files that can not be converted... Me, not just a specific work... (3DEffect.dbc)

I wonder if now someone has already corrected some program or solution to this problem. As I and many others have the same problem, would be very grateful.

You could always do your own. The structures of the dbc files has been released I think.

I'm working now in a tool to convert from/to dbc format, but for another game from TQ. If you can provide me a copy of the Conquer file, I will try to make my program compatible. Oh, and better if you can provide me a full ini folder from Conquer...
