Need help with login server! uzn

Okay there are idiots that shut down our server by spaming login with incorrect pass and that shuts it down... so ive been trying to make a thing where it will bann you are not let you login for about 1 hour if you give incorrect passwords can someone please help me with this would be very apriciated!!
