TQ Binaries are illegal on this forum and they will get you into a lot of financial trouble with TQ (fines I've heard of up to $10,000 for copyright infringement).
5165 C#? I'm guessing you mean NewestCOServer v2. That source only holds 30 people max (I've heard). You would be best making your own source or one from Impulse's source. To remove horses, simply don't put them in the game. Remove the seller from the stable and don't code the saddle quest. Easy as that.
What language do you speak? I can translate this if you need a translation. (Hard to type one handed on my iPod Touch ><)!

As long you are using their client, then it dosn't matter whatever you use binary or source.
Well if u don't know what ur doing, DON'T use newestcoserver, it is a bad choice.
I would take impulse source, arcos releases of hybrids (5017 + 5071).
And learn to code features into them, it would makes you much better

Using your own C# source that you wrote isn't illegal at all. Using an edited client for the server and making a profit is. That's copyright infringement. I guess the max player count of NewestCoServer depends on the computer and connection it's running on too.

Not really, if ur using any random host it should be able to have aroun 80-100players.
Using the mysql version will bring u down to the 30, because is sooooo bad.

The copyright is on the client and on the bins, if you have a download link to a client on your website then that is illegal. If on the other hand players already have a client that they can connect with then it is not illegal.
Using a source that is coded by someone (NCOS, Impulses etc) is not illegal.
I know the laws pretty well as I have helped a few people out after they have had letters from TQ, so anything else you need to know feel free to ask.
In response to the first question.... Anything is better than TQ Bins, with bins you have a limited amount that you can edit and change... but with a source like NCOS you can change pretty much whatever you like.

Also TQ bins are allowed on epvp just not for CO.

5165 because it's in C# and it's more stable (think it's more stable cause you get less ping)

Depends on how well you code. lol
But yah... I would imagine that TQ's server will be more stable than anything we might code (taking that it can hold 500+ noobs logging into Classic at once). They have improved though since 5095... so it might be possible to code better (not in C# though).
EDIT: The goal in coding the server is to get as close to this number as you can: 
So if it says your ping is 2ms, you're trying to get as close to that as possible. It takes 10 - 30ms to send packets through a normal server. If you can code more efficiently, you will probably be in the 10-15ms range.

I doubt anybody in this community ever will have the experience to code something more stable then TQ.
Lets face it, they are away more experienced in it then we are, since they managed to make a whole game.
Also remember Conquer is made in C++

The high ping in real co have to do with the server they host on + there is 1000 of players online all time.
