Where do most co2 players come from? China?

As the topic says, where do most the players seem to come from? China egypt and the USA a good guess? Many from europe, australia etc?

Oh I remember an announcement from Co, long time ago.
Wich showed where most peoples come from.
#1 was phillipine
#2 was egypt
I dont remember the rest =]
I will try see if I can find the result :P

There isn't really much peoples from america.
If you login to a server, u aint seeing much america peoples.
