[Idea] Voting NPC

I couldnt find a topic about my idea so ill post it here.
Can or has any1 made an NPC that when players Click on it then click on one of the options opens up a voting page? or when players click on it it opens up a website. Is this possible or has it already been done?
if so can i have the thread/code for it?

Really? I've never once seen it done.
I don't think the client even has a function, that the server can call, to do that.

I had it once in my 5017 server, but it opened up for the whole server.
When i tried use it at 5165 it opened up at the vps only.

Is not possible with sources, but with binaries thought.
Or it is possible with sources, if u can get into the current users pc and send it.
(No idea how)

Its how TQ does the helpdesk thing, where you can click the npc and it opens the webpage.
