5165 Private server

Ok so, I know how to do everything on the Windows XP with the private server.. But Windows 7 doesn't seem to work. Are there any fixes? can someone help me get it up... If you want you can be a staff in my server.. Cause it will be 24/7... I just finished building my computer... please help.. Ty.. I can do.. Binary.. & C#

as i heard there r no differences between windows just the bit of system most sources was made for 32 bit system so u need to recompile them for 64 bit anyway if u need help with setting up binary/5165 just pm me

What type of server is it? (LOTF, CoEMU, Binary)

Do you have a 32bit or 64bit OS?

Do you have the entire .net framework installed (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0)?

Are you trying to run from the .exe or from the project file?

If the server loads do you get any errors in the console?
