thnx guys I fixed it I accidently changed the KOBoard.dat in OLDCODB and now it's fixed thnx for you help

Wait, if it's during the log in then there's something wrong with the database (how you connect to it - possibly).

and yes it was something in database

and it was not during login it was just when de server starts the server won't load further than Dmaps loaded in ...Msecs

just because you dont know how to code doesnt mean you shouldnt make a private server ive learned everything i know from making private server but yet i need to ask for help on a few things here and there so i can expand my learning, and what your post said to me was you dont want people to learn c# coding if they dont already know it, and yes i know there are some people out there that have no common sense and i do agree those people should make private servers but you should be putting a message like "if you dont know anything about coding then you shouldnt be making a server"
