Need GM for my server

i have a private server 5165, but i don't have the time to run it all the day

i need a person who:

1- age more than 14years
2-Has Static IP
3-his Prots Forwarded
4-Must speak English well
5-Speak french(not required)
6-know some basic things in C#
7- hes computer must be Online all the day, and if possible night too
