i have a serious problem here

hi, my server is 5165 "hamachi", well my friend has a static ip, so i tryied to setup server in his computer

1-extracted OldCODB and rikardoUptades in C:/

C:\OldCODB
C:\5165 Source'modify'

2- i changed ip adress in Cinfig.ini
Old:

[Database]
GameServerIP=5.172.140.61
ConquerPath=C:\OldCODB\
WebServerPort=8080

[MySql]
User=root
Password=root

new:

[Database]
GameServerIP=92.132.55.130
ConquerPath=C:\OldCODB\
WebServerPort=8080

[MySql]

Password=root

3- i changed the ip adress in server.dat

i think i did it right, but when i open server :C:\5165 Source'modify'\bin\Debug\NewestCOServer , it starts normally, but i can't login "server maintenace or network blabla error"

can some 1 help me here?

Tell him to use his Hamachi IP, try that.

lol, cuz i'm new commer, i have onl 14years, i manage server alone and and and

he used it and it worked , but i'm trying to make Non-hamachi, if it must be hamachi, it's better to load it from my pc

if u use 5165 source in mysql u need idit table config in MyPhpAdmin!

Lol.... sql is a database system... aka it stores characters, items, etc.

Seeing as it's 5156 and you don't know what sql is then i'd say you are using flatfile/ini!.


As stated, you MUST forward ports to connect to an external ip through almost any router

i found i vert cool idea, goin to C:/ and delete all the source, than go to play like a normal players in an other private server, it's better for me!
