What Happen to Qonquer

First the DB rates dropped, Donations didn't work, and now server is off.

HI i just download zero online yesterday and installed it fine. I made an account and start playing but when i hit anything with my sword theres No attack sound or anything!! i can get gun sounds but when hes smashing the enemies all i can hear is the background music!! Somehow stanchers appear on my screen as gems on the floor. I keep seeing "gems" outside tc where the noobs are killing peasants. lol. It appears as stanchers in my invent though. Could this be anything to do with me not updating my item.dat files?
