Steed's Vigor 5165

Hello Everybody!
Im Using 5165 Source ( The Tanel's one )
I Have problem with the vigor on the steeds
No Matter how much plus has the horse , the vigor is 30
Any1 can help me ??

Have you checked if there is any +info for it in itemadd.ini?
