Maybe his question was how can he get people to connect to his server.
Well it depends, is your server hamachi or non hamachi.
If it is hamachi you need people to connect to your hamachi network.
Then have them put your hamachi ip in their server.dat.
Have the register an account via your registration page.
If your server is non hamachi then follow all the instructions except for anything that has to do with hamachi. You must give them your ip so they can connect.

Look at your router, see what the model and maker is and go find it on that site.
