[Help] Can't make this work locally

Im am currently using Stealarchers source and guide to try and setup a local server which can be found ive got the server running and everything my problem is when I try to connect. I have the server running on 127.0.0.1 and my client running on 127.0.0.1 and I have also port forwarded 9958 which is how my client is trying to connect.

The error message I get is "connecting failed due to server maintenance or internet congestion please try to login later."

If anyone has any suggestions they are much apprichiated or if somone would like to remote control/view my pc we could do that as well, thanks.

You ahve to put the ip of the pc that your server is on.

I used 192.168.0.86 the ip from ipconfig in the cmd window and in my server status that worked and said its online however my client still wont connect

is your source on the pc with that ip?
