That being said.. This has been brought up a bunch of times.
You can do SOME .net emulation on linux but I strongly doubt you will be hosting any of the public server sources on them. virtually ALL of them use native calls which will not work very well. It's obviously possible to write a server source for linux (java anyone? Qo was all in java iirc so it's far from impossible lol)
