Why is my NPC invisible

I noticed my Performer NPC is invisible, the effects are there just no actual NPC? She is there just invisible lol, I'm using the old version of it, minus the visual effects but it works

You must check the lookface that the NPC is using in your database and check the NPC.ini file in the ini folder if the lookface exists, if everything is correct check 3DSimpleObj.ini, this file directs the texture (which must be directed to 3DTexture.ini) and the mesh file (which should be directed to 3DObj.ini), pay attention to these files and you should identify the error.
