You will need more ram to run binaries as they use a large amount of resources. 1 gig MINIMUM but from what I hear, if you have any decent player base you will need a SERIOUS server for binaries to be able to handle them.
Bins suck, I'd strongly recommend learning to code and make something actually worth using.
