[Help] Need To Make Server non Binary

I tried all binares in all sites and all of them have problems

Ninja not full.
Translation.
NPC Most Of them not working.
Lottery work 10 times only and gain the normal prices.
Server Problems someone maybe can log to other accounts.
Is There any way to make a server with non binaries i heared here LOTF and COEMU but i dont what is that?

Lottery is supposed to work only 10 times per day. If your looking for LOTF or CoEmu use the search button.

Well if you wanna use lotf download a source

Like here is a xzample: Password is 4botters

Now download AppServ:

And download navicat:

Download Hamachi:
Here is a video guide on the rest

And bam you made a lotf 5017 server :P hit a thank's >.<

I must say if your running away from TQ binaries to lotf or CoEmu because features are incomplete or not implemented; you'll neither be satisfied. You'll never find a source which meets your full expectations unless you create one.
