Looking for guidence

I am looking to host a conquer online private server that would only be accessible to my self and other house hold members (not looking to make money). I do have some experience running server emulation from 1 everquest server and a couple different wow servers that I've run for myself and family.

As for as what i am looking for i played conquer online mostly in 2005 and once more in 2014ish. I just would like to be able to kill mobs, get loot and rebirth. Basically a pvp free grind fest of going through the motions.

Where i am at a loss is on what source would be best for my limited programing knowledge.

You must work on servers that run C-Sharp. Secondly, select the appropriate version for you, and then get the source code and develop it. If you need anything, write it or contact me.

Why do you even post here? "You must work on servers that run C-Sharp" - I mean, no. You don't, actually. There're C++ servers as well. What kind of non-advice is this?
