Why don't you try rallying up some friends from the real Conquer Online? That's what I did when I started experimenting with servers a few months back. It wasn't popular since i had no idea how to code and wasn't willing to learn but I'm sure you can find at least one person that would love to help. (so many people hate real co. lol)
