You would have to add the new monster to your monster.dat client side.
The monsters name/hp MUST match the one in the source for it to show properly. Seeing as it's a 'custom' mob (it's just a clone/modified version of an existing one) just make a copy of the old mob and change the name/level/hp to whatever it is in your source and then re-encrypt the file and you should be good to go.
There are .dat decryptors/re-encryptors posted all over the forum already, shouldn't pose much of a problem.
