ok on the 5165 server how hard would it be to change the highst level wud it just be a case of adding the stats in the stats.txt up to 150 or alot more complex?

AFAIK that requires decrypting and encrypting the levexp.dat and levelexp.dat

is there a programe i can use to do that? and is that in the client or the server?

There is no program as far as i know, and that would be for the client, you would need to add required experience values upto level 150.

Then you would need to do the same for the server, and add places to level to acheive level 150, add items, modify the stats as you said.

Its certainly do-able, the client could support levels 0 - 255 provided enough content was added.

with the 5165 source i deleted the whole exprate.dat thingy
i found it just annoyed me if i wanted to change any exp rates
and just coded the exp rates into the source instead of having to decrypt something
everytime i needed to change.

There is a tool released, just not on these forums.
