Enabling GM Mode command

can anyone tell me how /EnableGMMode command works? cuz someone gave me bots to allow that command but I dont know how it really works. I am playing private server, and after I wrote that command nothing happens, anyone with kind heart would tell me how does it work please?

Chances are they disabled it in the client and it doesn't really do much.

It just lets you do some ingame client modification such as changing your model size etc. you can't get any advantage by using it.
