Client Sided Question

So, how can I toy around with the Beautician(The Face change guy) in the client folder? Not really sure if he's a client-sided NPC or a Server-sided NPC, but I do know that he's not controlled by the Shop.ini... any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well, there's /data/playerface and ani/playerface.ani.

Just wondering where I could control which faces are being sold, and for what price they are being sold.
