Problem with the guild!

Hello ..

in this image im showing an arabic name of character that shows up as english messed up letters ONLY in guild tab .. and this member is not able to be promoted to kick out of the guild .. how can i fix it ?
i think arabic letters are unicode or something like that .. i dont really know




another thing .. how can i remove these words from the market ground ?

You're right. It's likely the encoding on the packet being wrong on the server. And idk about that effect - nobody here develops on the modern client. Is that unique to the server or just something the modern client does?

where can i check/edit the encoding of these stuff ? .. which folder?

and about that effect ..

i think its from the server ..

because the same client .. with official conquer online server the effect is different in shape and location

Its a map floor effect with a type of 1674. Check which database table of yours is related to it, like (cq_trap, floorItem, w.e).
