I need patch can show the time , day and date to make the game like that :

1- I need guild war NPC when guild wens it gives the one who comes
(500k cps and Top GL or Top DL )

(this one could be hard to make but I want to ask if someone can )
2- npc be in BirthVillage in ( 063.104)
and this NPC gives 7kcps and 7mil gold for ppls lvl 1 only then it teleport them to tc ( without let them choise for going or staying )
I hope you can help me
but the most important for me is the patch and the 1st NPC
