i need account server work with static ip no crash or login forzen or mixing accounts for virsion 5095.or the way to make EACC 1.03 work with static IP.

I have everything set up but when i run the account server, it tells me "ServerShell Microsoft has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I am running windows 7.
