[HELP] HELP MEE!!! Server problems, 5165

if any one is open the account it's allready opened it's gave to me in Consle this Exception

and accounts get buged and he can trade what he want and close it again and it's didn't save the char.
Any Help plzzz

To fix that bug go to packethandler search the trade id and put a char save in it
