Last I heard none of the cryptography was public for the new client and people were relying on hooking into the client to override portions of it (mostly password encryption). Taking a look at the various loaders for new clients would be a good starting point. I know at one point the csv3 source was public but I think it went closed source after a while (you may be stuck using a pre-compiled version of the loader)
Others may be able to say more on the subject, all I know is that the public info is a bit lacking with modern co.

Game Cryptography Key for current version?

Actually i am trying to sniff outgoing and incoming conquer packets so i need to decrypt-encrypt packets.
