big bug need help in 5165

I have a bug in the spring 5165 in the upgrade npc bitter when we up equipment from him can kill anyone even with 90M of life to solve the bug is this deco / reco
my idea to solve the bug is when the upgrade npc he asked how he upgrade
eg I want my sword up lvl 125 a lvl 130 I put in the dock number 5 and I rugged up that I automatically deco else if I sword lvl 128 and I put the number 5 he told me I can not upgrade your item because the level of upgrade e tre top state for your object
some one can make me this code plz

He is tryong to say that the guy who upgrades for dragonballs has a bug which does not remove the prior attack stats.
for instance leveling a wepon at the npc will increase the characters attack based upon the previous wepon attribute + the new wepon attribute.
so if you have a lvl 5 wepon and upgrade it to 10 than 15 than 20 you have the attack of 5+10+15+20
this is stackible to the lvl 130 I am not sure once it reaches 65k if it will freeze or increase and cause a server bug.

My theory on this is it adds to character value and removes the old wepon, if you ick the player it should unbug them
