[HELP] i need help how to add NPCs in C# Visual

please i need any one to help me and the moderator off site if u can help me please i need to add the NPCs and i cant do that in C# visual iam new to make servers i maked 5165 server and i need to fix npcs like Horse NPC and thats plevled off horses for Saddle OFficerMount or some things like that and need NPC sell Horse +12 2 socket 2 SDG for 1mill cps if any one can help me please type the help in here

then build and debug it (make sure you don't get errors and by the way this is in packethandling.npcdialog)
and then after you do that take your npc case number and add a npc in oldcodb/npcs.txt so example for this:

case# npcid 2 0 map xcord ycord

and btw where i put 2 and 0 one is direction and the other dont worry about it just leave it be. +k if i helped.

man i got the NPC DiaLog and when i put the #regiong and the Code and EndRegion its say u have errors and when i restart the game i cant open the NPC
its added but doesnt work
