[HELP]New Gems

I added in an Ultra quality for every gem.
The only thing I'm having a problem is it showing up.
Like whenever you look at your weapon statistics and it shows Attack:3100-5100
Defense:2100
Socket1:
DragonGem
15%
Socket2:
DragonGem
15%

Well my UltraDragonGem gives 20% but it doesn't show at all.
Like that area is blank.
I looked in StrRes.ini and saw these.

Code:

10200=Magic Atk +5%
10201=Magic Atk +10%
10202=Magic Atk +15%
10203=Attack +5%
10204=Attack +10%
10205=Attack +15%
10206=Accuracy +5%
10207=Accuracy +10%
10208=Accuracy +15%
10209=EXP +10%
10210=EXP +15%
10211=EXP +25%
10212=Dura +50%
10213=Dura +100%
10214=Dura +200%
10215=Weapon EXP +30%
10216=Weapon EXP +50%
10217=Weapon EXP +100%
10218=Magic EXP +15%
10219=Magic EXP +30%
10220=Magic EXP +50%

I'm guessing it has something to do with adding a new one.
Is it possible?
Any input would be great.
Not good with client stuff much.

Im just guessing because I probally have no clue what I'm talking about but u said any input so heres my guess:
